Our Story

Long Term Capital, LLC is the latest chapter in a Boston Real Estate story that began when Max Long started buying and managing property in 1903. In the hundred plus years since, our prevailing business concept has been to retain flexibility to changes in the real estate market and, thus, adapt our portfolio accordingly to industry trends. In our developments, we have always used our strong technical understanding of design and construction coupled with solid cost control to provide a quality finished product on time and on budget. Our preferred investment strategy has always been to be long term holders of property, while continuing to offer bridge loans with real estate collateral.
