Long Term Capital (LTC) has embarked on a notable venture with a significant investment in industrial real estate development in Summerville, Berkeley County, South Carolina. In June 2023, LTC acquired a limited partner equity stake in a strategically located 95-acre parcel, setting the stage for a ground-up development project.
